Exhibitor FAQ's

The exhibitor manual will be available in January, where you will have access to:

• Complete the task list
• A-Z Directory
• Stand build regulations
• Order your exhibitor badges
• Download marketing assets
• Order your stand services (Electrics, lighting, furniture, catering, WIFI, water 

The UK Garage & Bodyshop Event will be taking place in Hall 6, NEC Birmingham

Build-up will take place on Monday 3^rd & Tuesday 4^th June and breakdown will be on the evening of Thursday 6^th June.

Each exhibitor will receive two parking spaces per stand & these can be collected onsite from the organiser’s office on arrival.

If you need access to the back of hall during build up you will need to book this via the NEC Voyage Control from March. You will NOT get through without booking.

CEVA Showfreight are the official freight handlers and UK Customs brokers operating within the NEC.  No other handling or lifting Contractor will be permitted to operate for reasons of safety and security.  You will need to prebook if you require any forklift or moving services with in the hall.

The main contractor for the event is Creative Live You can contact them direcly to order your electricity, furniture, stand upgrades, graphics etc. or via the exhibitor manual from January.

If you have booked a shell scheme stand this will include:

• Carpet
• Walls
• Ceiling
• Nameboard & Fascia

Shell scheme stands are built and constructed using a B Matrix system. 

If you have booked Space Only this is the floor space only – you will need to appoint a stand contractor to provide flooring, walls and design your stand.

All exhibitors will need to order their electrics, WiFi and additional extras (graphics, furniture). A full list of official suppliers is available from the organiser.

Stands must not exceed 4m in height.
